Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength covers the biggest core lifts that work out your entire body and builds strength. It goes into great detail on how to use proper form and gives a workout program which to follow.

I usually do not like posting content I have not finished yet, however, due to being asked for a beginner’s workout program several times I decided to add a quick mention. I will be writing the entire review when I have more time.
