    Many gyms are equipped with Sauna / Hamam nowdays.

    Do you mind making an article about when it is good to use hamam and / or sauna to recover faster from fitness and to get the most benefits of a training?

      Great idea! I haven’t thought about Saunas from the perspective of recovery from exercising but I will definitely think about it and take a look into the topic.
